I'd a roof leak and necessary to find someone to do the roofing work with my home. I called a few different places plus they both offered free estimates and so i asked both of them to complete an estimate. They came at different times as well as the first one told me I would need a whole new roof. The second person told me the same thing. I just didn't wish to pay the money to possess a whole new roof placed on my home. I really couldn't afford it. However had to do something to help keep my home intact. So I hired the one that afflicted me with a cheaper price. I knew there is nothing else I could do but get a new roof. After getting a loan and selling a number of my things, I was able to afford the roof. I'm happy I got a brand new roof, but I'm not really happy concerning the things I had to sell as well as the loan I am repaying now. This roof should last Twenty years so hopefully I can't run into any problems with it and need more work done on it.
